2. Why FIBROZYME?

• The strong effect on the degradation of bradykinin – relieves pain by degrading bradykinin, a substance known as a mediator of pain.
• Elimination of inflammation swelling – reduces the occurrence of inflammation swellings improving aggravated circulation at the focus of inflammation. FIBROZYME® blocks the release of amine which causes pain in the inflamed tissue, exerting anti-inflammatory effect.
• Strong fibrinolytic action – results in decomposition of fibrin and fibrinogen without the measurable effect on albumins and other proteins in the human body.
• It helps the dilution and elimination of phlegm, pus and blood bruises (hematoma) – accelerates elimination of phlegm, pus and blood bruises, dissolving and diluting the created mucous as well as fibrin deposits.Improves the antibiotic action – increasing its concentration at the focus of infection.
• Pharmacokinetics

After oral administration of serrapeptase enzyme, maximum blood and lymph concentrations are reached in less than an hour. Total quantity of the substance absorbed in blood and lymph is reached in 6 h after administration and it increases as the dose increases.

• Surgery: Postoperative swelling and bruising, remission of swelling after surgical sutures, establishment of tissue drainage, facilitating expectoration of post anesthetic phlegm.
• Otolaryngology: Acute and chronic sinusitis, otitis media, acute tonsillitis, laryngitis, pharyngitis, nasopharyngitis, inflammation of the Eustachian tube. Blocked nose and pooling of secretions in the pharynx.
• Obstetrics and Gynecology: Mastopathy, fibromatous changes in breasts, adnexitis, salpingitis, lateral episiotomy, perineal lacerations.
• Orthopedics:Rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis after surgical procedures, fractures, tendinitis, sprains, dislocations. Stomatology and oral surgery: gingivitis, periodontitis, surgical interventions in maxillofacial region, after extractions.
• Vascular surgery: lymphoma - Improves the flow of lymph, Supernatural venous thrombophlebitis, accompanying chronic venous insufficiency (CVI) - aids the contraction of the enlarged veins and reduces the inflammation of the venous wall

4.1 Usage

1-3 capsules a day with at least 100ml of water. Take FIBROZYME 1 hour before the meal or two hours after the meal. It is not intended for pregnant and breast-feeding women and children under 14 years old.
